  After four hours of trying to get through to the front desk, we finally managed to talk to someone who told us our flight arriving past the operating hours would not be a problem and someone would be there to give us the rental keys. As we arrived to the airport there was no one in site, leaving us completely stranded with no where to go or stay. When we called into customer service for help they offered no support and refuses to pay for our hotel room or offer any assistance at all. Pathetic! I will never use this company again and would caution anyone else thinking about using them.

  Friendly & helpful staff, well maintained vehicles and good value. I’ve rented from the Winnipeg airport Alamo several times and have always been satisfied.

  We needed a car for an overnight layover. Very efficient, friendly counter service, no issues at all with early morning return. Highly recommend.

  It was quick and easy. They reversed a charge without hesitation. The vehicle we had was great. I always use Alamo and have always been happy. Price is right as well.

  I had a great experience overall with Alamo at Winnipeg Airport. I was especially impressed how they handled my situation when returning the car. I accidentally left my sunglasses in the car and called them to let them know. They located the sunglasses and shipped them to me since I was already on my way home. Great customer service!
