  Truck was base model. Would rather use hertz or enterprise as they use mostly fully loaded trucks. I could not wait to get my truck back. Other that customer service was great. Shuttle driver was friendly. Bottom line if the courtesy is an upgrade from your current vehicle I'm sure you'll be happy.

  I got a car for a week while my car was being fixed, and the first day the tire went flat. which is ok because they came and towed it to their shop. I had to get my own ride to go get another rental and the worst part is i forgot my rayon sunglasses in the car and when i called them to get them back they said they were in there and to come pickup. then when i got there they were no longer to be seen. $120 sunglasses stolen! will never go here

  There car are very poorly cleaned Everytime we get a car I have to clean it myself the windows so dirty all the time one time I put a van on hold for a big trip with my family got there to get the van and the tires were bald no word of a lie !! Like really you think they would check the cars but nope let me tell you if I were there boss cars would have to pass a insepation before they go out on the lot and clean the inside of your cars because people carry germs wash the inside the van we were suppose to get the seats were dirty to front and back .just last summer my son got a car from them and I had to vacumm it and clean all the windows inside and out had no time to wash it as it could've used that to
