::I went there for a Brazilian wax and for eyebrows threading. The lady did a really good job for both services. The place looks clean and she doesn't do double-dipping in the wax. The location is downtown and super convenient (a few minutes walk from Queen metro station). Also, it was really easy to make an appointment, I just emailed them and they replied right away. A few days before my appointment, I had to reschedule and they were super accommodating. Overall a smooth and great experience. Would definitely recommend this place!

::Just went to use their groupon for Brazilian and eyebrows! It was my first time for the former, and Zara was kind and quick! Honestly was not as painful as I thought it would be! They also offer a repeat appointment for the same price. Can't wait to come back in 3-4 weeks.
