Nice owner. Will explain the Chinese herbs to you and recommend what to take and what NOT to take. Will even tell you to not take certain things if he believes they won't be good for you, even though he would lose a sale.

My only Chinese store I go to in Ottawa, they have everything I need when I have soar muscles, or need something to relax me, after a long hard day, they have all, and behond, and very friendly helpful staff.
