  I wasn't happy with the customer service at Ford so I traded my Ford in for a Chevy, the whole experience was great; i love my new vehicle and the sales team and managment did a fantastic job. Very welcoming feel when you walk in the door.

  They're clearly lazy in the shop, my dad got some work done on his truck and he had brand new tires, he requested for them to fix it and they claimed a screw in the sidewall, which it was not it was in the tread, we took the tire to another tire shop and they fixed it no problem, other then that it was pretty good, just disappointed in the shop and lack of knowledge on tire repair.

  It must have been the first time dealing with a car rental place when the experience was actually pleasant and I didn't feel like someone's trying to squeeze me for money! They're very different than most big rental corps. Exhibit A: they actually made sure I did *not* pay extra insurance (as it was covered by my credit card), exhibit B: even though I rented a car for a day, they were super flexible with hours (I still paid for 24h).
