  The lock on our door complete broke at 6.30pm, which left us no way to open for business the next day. So, we dialled several locksmiths who either claim to have 24/7 numbers or have emergency numbers. Mickey at Yaletown Locksmith was the only person to answer, and he came to our business within 10 minutes. Amazing response. Both the service call out and the lock replacement were very reasonably priced. I couldn't ask for more, and would definitely recommend Yaletown Locksmith to other businesses.

  I called Mickey after my husband and I were locked out of our apartment at night due to our door lock breaking. Micky was polite on the phone, he arrived in about 20 minutes and had us in the door with a brand new lock in no time. I had been worried that this was going to be very expensive but the price was very reasonable. Mickey turned what could have been a very stressful experience into an easy and pleasant one. I will absolutely be calling Mickey next time I need a locksmith (hopefully in better circumstances!).

  Lost both motorcycle keys so we called around for options. They all say that they can’t do anything unless we know the key code or if they come take a look at the bike. When we did find the code all the other companies said it’s weong and doesn’t match. Called Yaletown locksmith and he said he couldn’t find anything either. Thought we hit another dead end. Then we got a call back from him 5min later saying he found something that might work. This guy goes above and beyond for customers rather than just saying “sorry bud no other options”. Will defiantly be going back to him next time I need my keys cut. Thank you!
