  Terrible customer service I have ever had! Numerous mistakes made and late paychecks, cold hearted people that work there! I wouldn't even give these crooks a star.

  The most crash prone, glitchy and confusing website I have ever used. Every time I use it - something else won't work or a payment won't process. It's like WSIB purposely designed this site to discourage employers from timely reporting or remitting. Simply a horrible customer service experience. Fix it!

  talk about the worst customer servive one can get. I was told to use my personal insurance to deal with a work place injury... must be the worst job one can have working for wsib... you basically have to be the most cold hearted person to be able to talk to people in need like they are just an other piece of paper on your desk. Its been 2 years that ive been dealing with them and EVERYONE! Ive spoken to about wsib has only bad things to say about them. Wsib you should fix your processes and treat your clients better. Wish these ratings actually did something... you would be out of buisness if your clients feedback actually impacted your buisness!

  I’ve been trying to get hold of someone via telephone number number. Lines have been down for about day. Does not help my cause as I need a cancellation and I’m worried I’ll keep getting billed. Please fix your phone lines this does not help your honest and hardworking customers.

  If I could rate WSIB with half a star I would! Another Ontario cash cow. Are ontarians more accident prone than all of North America? Or are we just getting getting screwed again by the incompetent, cash hungry provincial Liberal government. They gotta go!!!
