  Major disorganization and headaches!! They do not coordinate information about stop changes to the drivers. The new stops at the university have been a mess for months (since early summer 2017) - there's only so much they can do about construction, but the information and signage is a huge mess. Drivers don't know which stops to use, people don't know where to wait, folks are running around on ice and busses are leaving without people. Yesterday's route terminals were different than today's and the drivers weren't told. The fancy new stops are still under construction (delays are understandable) so none of the accessibility features work and there are coils of wire hanging by the doors. The Provence needs to fund our environmentally sustainable public transportation better! The staff themselves are amazing but they need more support and resources to be able to do their jobs well.

  amazing job these guys are doing there great personalities and good help. I lost my card pack in one the buses and these guys find it and called me the day after. amazing service and awesome information you can find in there cant really be grateful enough for their help.
