  Horrible. 10 mins on hold so i hung up and called again. 20 mins on hold i just said forget about it. Thought they were here to serve the public. And i had a valid question as well as picture of a woman who almost tboned me while on her cell phone while my kids were in ny truck. And YES it showed her in the vehicle driving with a clear shot if her license plate

  Went early in the morning, very polite staff, process was quick and easy to report a motor vehicle collision. They took details down word for word and let me read my statement after to check for accuracy.
