  I bought a man's bracelet that was supposed to be silver. Today after around 3 months I unpacked it and it was all rotten and going grey. It was NEVER worn. I lost the receipt and I went back to the store to see what they could do about it and all the manager said was that those kind of bracelets weren't more than $19.99 (I paid wayyyyyyy more) and she didn't even talked to me for a reasonable explanation. Really disappointed since I have always bought almost all my jewelry at winners. Not going back most Definitely

  Very friendly staff! This is a smaller winners which is kind of nice as it feels less intimidating than the big ones and you don't get a sense of fomo if you don't spend 2 hours looking through all the stuff like the massive ones out west! So I'd recommend going here. Remember to park on the Safeway end of the mall for free parking where you don't have to register your vehicle. You have to register it on the sears side.

  I’ve been to several winners across Calgary, by far this is the best one. One of the store managers,Wendy, went above and beyond to help me and I didn’t feel rushed. She genuinely answered all my questions and helped me find everything I needed. I can’t believe how great all the staff is at this location. The selection is fantastic also. I’m not a big winners shopper because of some not so great experience at other ones, but I will definitely come back to Northhill Mall Winners. Thanks to the staff and customer service mostly!
