  This is the WORST clinic I've ever set foot in. Starting with the receptionists who act like they'd rather be anywhere else, let alone friendly or helpful. I had to wait over an hour for a pre-booked appointment, with no explanation. (Which normally would not have phased me) But when the doctor finally set foot in the office, he was clearly stressed, and appeared to me frustrated with the fact that I was even there because he was so busy. I just got up and left. I will not ever deal with anyone like this, and should not have too. I have found a NEW family doctor for me and my girls. Far, far away from this place.

  I have been going here for 2 or 3 years. I can’t say anything about a walk-in experience, because I have always been able to get an appt. A few times on the day I call. It is a very busy place, but I have never been in a walk-in clinic that isn’t. I have never waited more than 20 minutes. My appointments are usually very close to being on time. The receptionists are always courteous. Calling for an appointment does take anywhere from 5 minutes to 25 minutes. I have never had anyone in the building be rude to me. My family physician is great. She helps me with what I need for each visit. And just as importantly, she explains what I don’t. Dr Anjum is an excellent physician.

  I have been coming here for 4 years. The worst is trying to phone to book an appointment I sit on hold for at least 7 minutes every time. Don't ever call after 4:30. Now they shut their phone off at 5. If you call after 4:30 you will be placed on hold until their phones are shut off. Never mind actually getting an appointment booked. They never honor their appointments. I've aboit had enough, i had to force my dr for a referal after begging her to refer me for 2 yars

  I came in, they gave me the attention I needed, I left feeling much better then when I arrived and confident that the help given to me was accurate. Job well done.

  If patients book appointments ahead of time, they should be able to get into their pre-booked appointment in a timely manner. They should not have to wait over an hour for an appointment that they had the foresight to book. What is the point of having bookings if it isn't respected.
