  Our upright freezer, almost completely full of meat, abruptly stopped working 1 week before Christmas day. After a repair service told us it needed to be replaced, we envisioned having no freezer for at least a few weeks and having to dispose of spoiled meat. We popped into WestCoast Appliance shortly before their closing time, and spoke to Byron. He completely understood our desire to replace the freezer immediately, and indicated that, if they couldn't locate a new freezer immediately, they would try to provide a 'loaner' - something we would never have asked for, and certainly didn't expect. Byron took our information and said he would call later that evening; a few hours later he called to say he had located the make and model we wanted, and it was delivered and connected the following morning [The old freezer was taken away as part of the delivery service, which we certainly appreciated]. We could not have imagined receiving this type of service and prompt delivery at such a busy time of year: we first entered the store at 4:45 p.m. one day, and had a new freezer installed and running by noon the following day. WestCoast will definitely be our 'go to' place for any new appliance purchases, and for repairs!

  This was my second time purchasing from West Coast Appliances. I was so impressed with the service and knowledge Geoff had given me the previous year, that I felt confident and comfortable contacting him with out spending time shopping around. I really trust his experience and honesty and knew he would get me the best appliance for what I needed. He also went above and beyond helping me to make sure my new fridge would fit in the space. The delivery guys made the process really easy. Very personable and friendly staff. Highly recommend this company!

  West Coast Appliances are a local family owned business who service what they sell. Our experience was so very positive because of the high quality of personalized service from Byron. We did not feel pressure sales rather we were educated on what to look for in the products because of how we use them. This conversation was especially helpful in the kitchen appliance decision making process. Appliances are an investment and we came away feeling excited about our kitchen and that we were making the right choice for us backed up with support & excellent value .
