  Convenient hours, good supply of necessary needs. The quality of customer service and warmth of greeting can vary, as with all retail. But the knowledge is consistently good.

  Terrible customer service! Stopped in this morning to see if they carried a specific paintbrush. Asked the guy behind the till where the paint brushes are, and walked down the correct aisle. I had barely walked past the spot where the brushes were, when the store clerk starts yelling at me, "hey, guy, guy, guy, you keep walking past the brushes". I couldn't believe their employees get away with yelling at a customer, especially for something so trivial. This place gives a bad name to small businesses. There is now a home hardware store just near Davie and Thurlow.

  Great selection. Nice owner. Nothing else in the area for hardware so this is your best bet!
