  Clean well decorated rooms. Rooms with a lake view have an amazing view. Centrally located with lots of great restaurants in downtown. Staff are nice, rates are good. Conference rooms are available.

  Excellent service and a very clean facility. The gym is very small made for at most two guests. Fair price and located near a variety of great eats within walking distance. Plus amazing view! The only place I stay during my visits to Canada

  Nice place. Rooms are clean and comfy. Restaurant is great. Pool and hot tub could use some work but completely usable. Pier behind and park beside are great for a stroll and lots of amenities within walking distance. Would go again.

  Great location and one great check in staff K. She is awesome, greeting all guests and makes you feel like a valued customer. However....no dressers in the rooms to put clothes in😲 and was made to wait at checkout, so they could check for damages. We are a family of 4, who have stayed multiple times. Was put off by this....and this was the only time it's ever happend. Won't stay there again.

  Booked two rooms here on Saturday with a group of friends to get "festive" and celebrate Christmas. I was a little worried about a potential noise complaint because our one friend is generally just a loud person. That didn't happen. The hotel did a great job without even asking, of putting our rooms next to each other. The King room which we used to hang out in since it had a better sitting area had a connected room, but I believe they were smart enough to put us next to a room that didn't have anybody in it. What I'm getting at is the hotel is definitely considerate and thinks strategically. Check-in/check-out was simple and each person I dealt with at the hotel was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms look great as the hotel was fully renovated a year ago. The lobby looked great too. Everything was spotless clean. I would totally recommend this hotel to anybody looking to stay in Burlington. It has probably the best location in the city for a hotel as well. Also, the beds were very comfortable and the decor was very nice too! Loved how there were USB ports everywhere for charging up :)
