  Very friendly staff who are always willing to help! I was visiting and mentioned some marks on my watch clasp. They took it and cleaned it up for me while I was looking around.

  horrible service worse then a nightmare...i was looking to purchase something and sean screamed "he ain't buying nothing"...absolutely despicable customer service..sean is also very aggressive if your buying something he will talk to you otherwise he will brush you aside..sean also used lots of course language not sure if he is aware there are lots of other customers in store as well...these guys also polish used watches and sell them as new....they are pre owned..they ask over asking price...go to AD and buy it there...these guys are simply crooks...sean is horrible to deal with..he deals with you like your in 3rd world country .. seas is very unprofessional and aggressive ...i would never recommend this place as my experience was very uncomfortable with these guys... they use to have a different location which is closed now..i hope they go out of business as watch market is dying anyways ...only half descent guy there is Joe...never recommend this place for high end watches..if i could i would rate them 0...they also try to get your pre owned watch for less price and they pretend they are helping you..parking is bad also store looks like they are running business out of basement..thats just my experience yours might have been different..

  great selection of brands and the prices are more then reasonable. the staff was very helpful. i would highly recommend checking these guys out if your in the market for a luxury watch!
