  Had a great experience buying a used vehicle from Volvo of Toronto. Despite the fact that the vehicle was 'off brand' the team treated us like we were buying a new top-of-the-line Volvo. Marti went above and beyond in ensuring us a seamless and friendly experience.and I would definitely recommend working with him if you're looking for a new car.

  I've ordered a number of parts from the parts department through their website. The service from Bryan and his team has always been exceptional. This team goes above and beyond to help you find solutions that work. They are friendly, fair and keep you well informed on the status of your order throughout the process. Last but not least, the prices are very competitive. This isn't your typical dealership parts department, it's the real deal with the customer service and pricing that you'd expect at a legitimate standalone parts shop. Multiple great experiences with these guys and I will certainly be doing business with them again.

  My boyfriend and I were in the market for a new vehicle. We went to many dealerships, but ultimately chose Volvo as the price was right and Marti’s customer service was incomparable to any other dealership. He found us the most perfect vehicle! Very happy customers and would highly recommend Marti (& Volvo).

  As a previous owner of both Mercedes and BMW I cannot begin to tell you how much more valued and better the customer service experience is at Volvo Toronto. A customer-first approach throughout! Katelyn is incredible (see her for your next car) and the rest of the staff including Edit and the gals at the front desk. Bravo! Thank you Volvo Toronto for making my ownership experience special.

  My wife and I were in the market for a mid-size SUV and had visited many dealerships including Volvo. We were first greeted by Marti at Volvo of Toronto and he was great, patient, and answered all our questions (and we had many). He took us on a couple of test drives and was definitely interested in meeting our requirements. In the end, we were so pleased with the vehicle and Marti's customer service that we decided to purchase. I highly recommend Marti and Volvo of Toronto. Since my purchase, Marti continues to follow-up and be super responsive. I have also experienced Volvo of Toronto's service department and shuttle service, and both were great.
