::VSC was great. We were initially hesitant during our Google search to obtain a Russian Visa. I guess we're all a little tentative on our Google searches these days. Our concern "They sound like a government agency but they aren't a government agency and we're going to hand over all of our personal stuff to them including our passports!" Once we figured out they were the "real" deal through a preliminary phone call (they could have answered "VSC "instead of just "hello"), everything was great. Yes ,they can be a little short on the phone. Yes, I could be a better listener. In the end, it all worked out with no hiccups because of their thoroughness and attention to detail. We put a lot of work into the application but this paid off. VSC does this type of work all day, every day and we believe in deferring to the experts. They know the contacts, the process, the pitfalls. We do not need to be experts in obtaining visas. It's reassuring to have a reputable organization working on your behalf.

::I recently used VSC to obtain a visa for Iran. I found them to be very helpful. I particularly appreciated being able to talk to them to clarify questions I had about the process and the actual visa application form. I opted for the faster option which took less than a week but was much more expensive than I had anticipated but having already invested so much in the trip itself I was afraid to take chance.

::Had to get a last-minute visa to Tibet or miss it forever. These guys reviewed with me on the phone the errors people typically made and how to avoid them, so there were no delays. Got my visa back to me in 5 days.

::This is a scam. They pretend to be a governmental organization even though they are a scam. They charge a ton of money for forwarding your visa documents to an actual government organization. You can do that yourself and save yourself the money, trouble of dealing with their unhelpful, rude, and overall useless personnel. Additionally they provide no guarantees. I wasted five days of emails going back and forth to their useless company. I ended up paying 231 dollars for a Brazilian eVisa that actually costs 44 USD for Canadians. I later discovered that I could have applied for the visa myself by sending it to the Brazilian consulate e-mail rather than to theirs. Of course I do not expect that I can cancel that or get any refund from their scam company. Hopefully, they will not steal more money from the bank account I paid with!
