  It's a good store. The people inside are really service oriented. The only thing need to keep in mind is the store is small in size. So, there will be few people serving customers and during rush hours there my be line queued up. Except that everything is good.

  Went there 3 times. Staff was always nice, helpful and efficient.

  À la boutique, on a refusé de m'aider à synchroniser mes contacts avec mon nouveau cellulaire. On m'a dit d'appeler Virgin, ce que j'ai fait après être revenue chez moi. Chez Virgin, on m'a dit d'aller à une boutique, qu'on ne pouvait pas m'aider au téléphone. J'ai perdu des heures de cafouillage avec ça.Très frustrant. Une étoile seulement pour le service. J'ai appelé la boutique où j'étais allée et un jeune homme a été très aidant au téléphone, mais il m'a aussi demandé de revenir à la boutique. Grrr... Comme il a quand même essayé de m'aider par téléphone, je mets 3 étoiles.

  Accueil agréable à la boutique. Problème technique avec mon iPhone et solution trouvée rapidement par la compétence de Geneviève. Aussi, elle m'a donné de très bons conseils pour d'autres fonctions de mon téléphone, ordinateur et tablette. Très satisfaite du service. J'y retournerai sans hésitation.

  They were so helpful, and obviously were trying their best to save me as much money as possible. There was a long line of customers and only 2 employees, even though they were a bit rushed I still felt like a priority. I walked in thinking I needed to get my phone sent out for repair (off warranty), and walked out with a brand new phone (free!) a better plan, and only paying a small amount more per month than I was before. I'd strongly recommend going to this location for their quality of service.
