  I have been using Dr. Gluvic for several years and he has always been excellent. He is compassionate and a great listener and really understands the holistic approach to healing. I've lost weight, healed muscle damage, had accupunture, figured out allergies and found a diet plan for my medical conditions Would recommend him 1000% times over.

  Worst experience here. Always have a different person working on you, they gave me 3 different due dates. One one them pressed so hard on my lower belly after that I had pain and with in a week had my son at 27 weeks. They also didn’t believe me when I said I was in labour. I will never go with a midwife again. Still to this date I have heath issues from giving birth.

  Worst RMT experience. I had an appointment for 9 and the RMT arrived at 9:05. That's ok as things happen. But after a few minutes she approached me and said "I will be back in a minute" and returned 10 minutes later with Starbucks in hand. She left me waiting even longer so that she could get her coffee fix! When I asked if I was mistaken to think my appointment was at 9 (and it's now 9:16) she said, "I had a late night with my toddler and if you can't be understanding that's ok". I let her know I completely understand that is what caused her to be late this morning and arrive at 9:05. I have no issue with that. But I do find it rude that she left me to wait even longer in order to get her coffee for the morning. I explained I myself had to make arrangements in order to slip away from home for just an hour from 9-10 to attend this appointment. She then laughed and once again told me I should be understanding and invited me to leave. I asked for a name of a manager and was told there isn't one. I then left and she did not seem bothered one bit. She can arrive late, things happen... But if she wanted a coffee then I shouldn't have to wait around for that... So rude!

  Updating this , as I got a call and there was some miscommunication within the staff, my issue was resolved. ------------------------------------- I purchased a large bottle of vitamin pills for my little one , and they started to collect moisture and looked gross within few months of use. I called in to explained the situation and left several messages and finally was told that its safe to consume. I do not feel comfortable feed my child these pills and will be throwing them out. Not happy with the response time or customer service. I will not be using this place to purchase any more supplements.

  Lovely clinic and especially the staff. My first meeting with Naturopath Dr. Pamela Smith was wonderful. She did not press me, did not expressed diametrically opposite opinion about my plans regards to cleanse program which I shared with her and asked her advices. On the contrary she supported me very much. This wonderful doctor remembered me all 3 weeks while I visited clinic, my name and the purpose of re-visitting, always asked about my achivements. Also, I'm just over the moon to meet with a technician Michelle Van Acken. She provided hydro colon ttherapy sessions. Lovely knowledgeable technicians, very polite, soft, I never felt uncomfortable with her. I did not have to wait another minute of our sessions, always on time and with great smiles :) Secretary Cristina were always happy to respond to your questions, phone calls, and emails. I am extremely happy that I found this clinic with a wonderful kind staff and close to my home! I will never forget how they praised my achievement after the 3-weeks of cleansing program, I had feeling that I am with the best friends. I have already advised this clinic to all my friends and co-workers. Going to bring my husband son and myself again in the fall. Thank you, dear staff
