  Incredibly rude service. He was chatting on the phone while I waited to pay at the till for a few minutes and then he charged extra as I paid with credit card but he did not inform me of the additional charge because he was "on the phone".

  With family walking thru Chinatown, my cousin wanted to buy a plant, and wandered in with her two kids, with intention to buy a plant. The owner yelled at her when she touched a leaf. When she replied, he cursed at her in front of her kids.. yelled at everyone that they must leave. Horrible experience.

  Took an aesthetic picture of some bamboo and didn't notice the "no pictures" sign in the entrance. The owner hovered over me until I deleted it - It was really uncomfortable. Good thing I can just undelete photos.
