  I've always had good food here at a very good price. Great selection of different dishes. Staff has always been pleasant to me as well. I keep coming back. One of my faves in the area.

  This restaurant reminds me of the delicious food my own father use it make for me as a kid. Very traditional basic Vietnamese food. Portions are large and prices are low. I live just around the corner and come here often for a quick bite. Food is always served very quickly.

  Vi-Ann's is fantastic, great variety of food - and every single dish I've tried there has been delicious! I highly recommend the crispy chicken & rice, it is a must have. Service is great, and the restaurant is very clean and very welcoming.
