::This used to be a great place with lots of care for animals. With going to VCA, the 'care' factor has diminished so much we have moved our business elsewhere. Not to mention exams are over $95. Not worth the new price! Conglomerates just don't do the trick for us ! Last time we were in, the vet that saw us who must have graduated yesterday, provided no feedback of value and we had to beg to try a new antibiotic as the other one wasn't curing the problem long term.

::Bayview has always been a great hospital. They are super great to my Yorkie and treat her very gently. They are the only people I trust for nail clippings and doggie advice. Super place!

::We were looking for a new place to take our pets after being disappointed in the experience at our previous animal hospital. I am so glad we took this step! The difference was apparent as soon as we arrived for our appointment. We were greeted by smiling and friendly staff and a technician offered to let us wait in an exam room so our cat could be let out of its carrier and get used to the room. We were also offered coffee, tea or water. The veterinarian was lovely. We appreciated the gentle way that the veterinarians used when interacting with our pets. They were able to adapt to our stressed cats and our dog without problems. Thank you very much to all the staff for creating and maintaining such a welcoming environment. We felt our pets were treated with love and we appreciate it can be challenging especially when they are nervous. All services were clearly explained and quoted. Each bill was outlined in detail by a staff member. We appreciated the transparency. We believe we have finally found an animal hospital for our pets where we have a trusting relationship with the staff. They have set a new bar.

::Exceeded expectations. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable, patient and very caring. They took time to answer all of our questions and provided us with additional information as well. Overall a great experience and will be returning.

::They were so kind and patient with my kitten who very much did not want to get vaccines. They gave me the price for all of our treatments before doing anything to make sure that the care was within my budget. They took time to talk about how the kitten was doing at home and made suggestions for how to help curb some behaviours. We are so lucky to have this team in our neighborhood.
