  Terrible return policy, they won't return anything even with a receipt that is only 2 weeks old. The staff are very nice, the owner is not. I can't believe after I I have sent them 3 new customers, and I have been a customer for almost a year, that I can't even exchange a product that doesn't work for another product, or even get my money back. I will never shop there again, and I definitely will not recommend this place to anyone I know.

  Moe is great. Excellent customer service, very patient and willing to explain things in detail. Very nice selection of juice! This is my new vape shop! Highly recommend.

  I went in to vape King about a month ago to buy an e cigarette I bought 1 for 40$ after about three weeks of my purchase I started to have problem with it it would charge over night and gave 45 minutes of use and started leaking if fact so bad my pocket got saturated in juice i went in spoke to the gentleman who was working and explained the situation he seemed helpful he called the owner and he refused any backing or liability for his sold product he didn't seem 1 bit concerned about my unhappiness towards this and refused todo anything but to purchase a new vaper but with no tax please people beware of vape Shoppes you buy in not all will back there products infact won't do anything for defective products if there where a rating for this store would be zero but for employees I would rate 4 or more for costumer service

  Great staff. Very helpful. Great selection of e juices. Some mods priced a little more but they have everything you could ask for.
