::Unorganized. Teacher short formed everything in a way that was hard to understand, and went too quickly through all the material. Sat at the front and went through slides rather than engaging the class. Spent more time showing videos than actually teaching the class. Secretary either doesn't answer phones or return calls. Learning environment was discusting with duck tape to keep the carpet down.

::Due to a vision problem the mto requested i take a driving evaluation. it was done in Sudbury with this driving school. i also am a driving instructor and former driver examiner with the MTO. I found this school to be very professional and my instructor quite qualified. Sudbury is lucky to have such a top notch school. Thanks Shelly

::Errors in workbook contrary to driver's handbook and HTA; instructor's vehicle too small to be able to drive safely; in class writing / workbook excessive if completed in entirety - no clear instruction as to what was actually required for answers in workbook except in class and instructor was too quick to follow. I guess there is a reason it is the most inexpensive beginner driver's course in town. Reception is extremely happy and inviting. Anxious to please and accepted criticisms well.
