  Ms. Soarec is an excellent dentist. I started going to this clinic as an Ottawa U student and the work performed was always of the best quality. Later, I made a mistake of switching to another two clinics that were closer to my work and ended up with pretty bad experiences both times (financially and especially teeth-wise). As far as the complaints about the reception go, I personally never had issues there. The only things that are relevant are skill and quality of dental work, and they are superb.
