  Habitat for Humanity since May 3rd 2017 has been trying to have a tracer wire fixed in order to have a locate done to allow 13 families to finish their new home journey, however, customer service is email and Head Office Google Number is incorrect. I hope someone can reach out to us. They did! and I have changed my review because they got back, apologized and corrected the problem within 72 hours.

  I had a problem with my stove one day. The guy disconnected it and told me to fix it. I called Beecroft in Ridgetown. It cost me $50 for the guy to come over and turn the switch on at the back. I asked the repairman why the Union gas man turned it off...he said they don't know what they are doing.

  Setting up service for our office was extremely easy and efficient. Customer service is excellent and anytime we call for support, we get someone knowledgable on the phone who can address any issues.

  Worst company to deal with. Slow and incompetent with getting anything done.
