  Excellent customer service. Awesome and very helpful staff, very welcoming and never rush customers at all, in fact they even offer a free bottle of water while you try to decide or try shoes on. I really like shopping here!

  Nice store on Robson Street. Welcoming and knowledgeable service; and thank you for the free water - it was seriously hot that day !

  I walked into the store and immediately didn't feel welcomed here. The staff was extremely cold and gave me such an attitude. I asked for a certain boots that I wanted to see and she just point her finger to the section. She didn't offer if I wanted to try it on or talk about the product. When I asked for the size, she brought it out and just give it to me, again, without a word. I had to look around and find a place to sit down. Maybe she thinks I don't have enough money to buy anything or do not deserve her service, and I think she's right, I wouldn't buy a $200 pair of boots with that kind of customer service. I was just surprised that a global company but did a poorly training in customer service.

  Pretty useless staff. Called ahead of time and talked to a girl to inquire about an exact boot that was out of stock at this location + online and every question I asked over the phone was repeated to another girl right after. They told me if I came into the store I can order it and get free shipping so I come in today and explain to the only solo salesperson on the floor what the ladies told me and so he goes on the website in the back and tells me they're out of stock (thats EXACTLY why I called) and says theres NONE in Canada and cant do anything at all. So I took my business to Browns Shoes in Pacific Centre and asked them to order it in for me (they were ALSO sold out and out of stock) and I was done and ready in a few mins. Ugg employees wasted so much of my time. They were very UNknowledgeable about customer service in general -.-'

  小さいお店です。 でも、ロブソン沿いの店にしてはディスプレイがきちんとしてる。そのあたりはさすがグローバルブランド
