  I had such a great experience!! The online tracking is awesome and the same day they received the part they were able to fix it. Great customer service!!

  Professional and reasonably priced. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I got certified parts and labor in a timely manner. Highly recommended.

  Super accommodating, fast service. I had an emergency during a super busy 14 hour work day and they were super helpful and efficient as this had never happened to me before. They replaced my screen and it only took a couple hours if that.. only problem was that my phone was a white and gold 6s and they only had a black screen available, but better than not being able to use my phone! Thanks guys!

  Super knowledgeable folks working here. I was confident with their abilities throughout the whole process. They had my phone (Galaxy S8+) finished within 2 hours. It was reasonably priced (cheaper than if I had insured my phone when I bought it) and they went the extra mile, doing a bit of extra work so I could receive my phone in the best possible condition.\ Will definitely recommend to friends and family. Already have.

  The staff was very friendly and the service was quick, however, the knowledge of the employees was absolutely terrible. I brought my laptop in to get looked at, and was told by the staff after the tests they conducted that my laptop was unrepairable and I would need to buy a new one. I then went to get a second opinion and was told that the only problem was that my screen needed to be replaced, to which I replaced it and now have been using my laptop perfectly since. Yes I will admit the service was alright, but good service does not justify the fact that the employees here are not properly analyzing products of customers. I will not be returning here again and urge people to seek a second opinion before they get uBreakiFix to repair their products.
