  Japanese guy is super rude and probably recist (doesn't like asian people?). Went to book a ticket and greeted him with a casual konnichiwa. His reply was "I'm a little busy....Can I help you with something". Apparently they don't need any more customers. :/

  For the last 8 years, I've used uTravel whenever I make a flight, particularly to Asia. The staff here are incredibly knowledgeable. Without fail, they have been able to knock hundreds of dollars off other agency and website quotes. Highly recommended!
