  Uhaul extended the time on the customer before me without checking on my pick up time. As a result they did not have the 17 foot truck for me as ordered at my pick up time. I had to take a smaller truck, late, and was not offered any compensation to make it right. We could not complete the move in one trip with just the truck as planned as a result and had to use the trunks and back seats of 5 cars in addition to the small 15ft truck. Be aware that Uhaul has adopted United Airlines double booking practices.

  I would give less than a 0. Do not book online. It's a terrible experience with 0 information provided. They then switch the location that you pick the truck up from without notifying you. All it says on your confirmation is subject to availability. I didn't realize that they would switch locations without letting you know. Now I had to pay more KMs as the location they switched me to is considerably further away. Huge Scam

  Nothing short of awesome service from here. I have been to many Uhauls, and this one in particulaer, was hands down, the best.
