  Without a doubt the best craft bakery in the downtown and centretown area. Daily fresh crusty and chewy breads that taste like desserts. Very large choice changing daily. And: "The owners are in the store," smiling as early as seven o'clock in the morning! We don't buy bread anywhere else and just hope they'll never quit. 5 stars.

  Exactly what I was looking for, une boulangerie digne de ce nom! Tried 4 different breads so far and all delicious. I would enjoy a little less salt for the fougasse aux tomates and the Olive & Rosemary but other than that: 👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾! I am glad I finally found a place to get bread from.

  I bought a day old sourdough loaf on discount. One of the best sourdoughs I've had; perfectly chewy crust, not too dense but not too fluffy on the inside, a great, mild flavour. I'm really impressed and I highly recommend to anyone who appreciates fresh, local foods!
