  Bought a used Spa about 5 years ago, to enjoy as a family but mainly as therapy for my wife's back, post spine surgery. Hot tub has run flawlessly for The Last 5 Years. Works awesome to relax Susanne's back.. received a lot of help from the folks at Tropical Pool and Spa regarding Spa maintenance etc.

  Would highly recommend Tropical. We have had positive experiences from the buying, installing, and the maintaining of our tub. Staff has always been consistently knowledgeable and professional.

  Great customer service . I had to replace my furnace and I was very happy with the entire process from purchase to installation. Very professional and left no mess after they were gone.

  Recently purchased my first hot tub from Tropical Pool & Spa. I was pleased with their service. They did not try to upsell me on the features I was looking for and have been extremely helpful getting me through the learning period. I have recommended them to my friends.

  Friendly, efficient, and awesome! They helped us pick the best tub for our budget and needs. Extremely informative....they know their stuff!!
