  Worst hotel experiance in a very long time. Paid $109.00 a night for rooms if I knew I had to go out and buy $200.00 worth of blankets and pillows I would have booked somewhere else!! Was there during very busy weekend in Red Deer for hockey team had over 8 rooms and was unable to switch hotels. With black mold in the bathrooms and bugs in the tub I would not recommend staying at this location. To add to the fact the one bed in the room was missing a leg and my son slept on a 45 all weekend. Upon check out we had to wait 30mins while they checked to ensure no damage was done to the rooms as I paid via cash when leaving and release should have taken place on credit card. This did not happen and we spent a full day of having to go through our credit card company fill out paper work and deal with a very rude lady at the hotel to ensure we got our $700.00 deposit back. yes 700 for 2 very crappy rooms!! Be wise and not dissappointed and stay somewhere else!! not worth $50.00 dollars a night!!

  loved my experience, they took very good care of my family and I. they saw we had a infant and ungraded our room free of charge, i love family owned places that are willing to people before there profits :)

  If i could give this a negative I would. Theyre Cleary going out of business or hurting (no hot water and they barely heat the building). There are many more hotel then wasting money on the one

  Customer service was awesome. Room was clean and comfortable it older.

  My friend and vusband were treated so badly they thried to charge them an extra 300 before they could even check in thwy were descriminated against by the front desk
