::I work as a flight crew for a major Canadian carrier. I've been commuting and travelling for many years and have seen hotels from East to West. This place is the 2nd most abysmal hotel I've ever been to (worst one was in Nunavut). It's old, the room was quite dirty (food / bread crumbs all over the desk, hair in the bathroom, etc. On top of that, I was told the shuttle to the airport leaves at 15 minutes past the hour. I was there two minutes before that only to be informed by the employee that the shuttle left 5 minutes ago and I should've been downstairs 10 minutes prior to departure. I had to pay $17 for a cab far to the airport. Stay away from this place, mostly because it's dirty... never mind the rest.

::Convenient location relative to the airport. However, the rooms are dated, and ceiling tiles in the shower are falling apart and the paint is peeling. The room smelled of smoke, and I've seen public bathrooms that are cleaner than the one in the room. Other guests even mentioned that they have mold in their showers. Wouldn't stay more than a night here.

::I stayed here while waiting for my kids to arrive. Place was clean, rooms were good. Huge building lots of floors. Transit to and from airport provided by way of shuttle bus was good and fast.

::Needed a place to stay since our flight didn't leave the next day. Big big mistake!! Our room was not clean, mold in the shower tiles and mold behind and under the toilet tank. The shuttle driver that picked us up at the hotel was rude. The only plus side was the courteous front desk staff. Sometimes you get what you pay for. Spend the extra money get a better room. Would not stay here ever again

::Staff is very nice and tries to be helpful. Rooms are quiet - but that's the only good I can say. Sink and caulk had red and black mold. Tub had black mold. One lamp didn't work. Made the recommendeded reservation for a shuttle back to the airport. Desk clerk seemed surprised when I asked 10 minutes before and had to call the driver. He said he be 5 minutes late. That passed and after many calls to the driver and excuses from the manager they finally called be a cab. Only giving me 30 minutes until I board. My hours of relaxation have been killed.
