  Excellent service with very descriptive plans. I've been working with Travelance as Broker/Agent and had served many of Clients with Travelance policies. Customer service and ease of operations are amazing, along with very competitive great benefits to clients. Always Fantastic support from Jeff for the follow ups/changes/refunds. Highly recommended.

  Their customer service is extremely helpful and super quick in their response. They let me know themselves that I could get money back if I was already back in my home country before the end date of my insurance. That to me is an honest team of people that create a great customer experience!

  We bought Super Visa insurance for my mother in law from this company and they met all claims and refunds with no hassle. Would highly recommend for your parents Super Visa.
