  Shipping is slow... my friend in Ottawa ordered a playmat here over a week ago and it hasn’t even started to ship yet... and not to mention that it’s a local order :/ prices are decent for something online but the fact that you promise 1-3 business days for local shipping but haven’t even started to ship an order over a week ago is pretty sad Edit: he didn’t realize that he had to pick it up... anyways better shipping than expected, I wouldn’t mind getting something on the website myself. Thanks for clearing up the confusion

  I’ve ordered from here about 8-9 times now, and being in Alberta I receive my cards in an incredible amount of time. Shortest was 4 business days, and longest was 6 business days (to no fault of Transcend Cards) and they come in excellent condition every time. I definitely check back here every other day or so, to see what they’ve updated on their inventory. I was hesitant to order a custom card, but eventually brought myself to do it and (attached Mai Valentine) and the custom card is absolutely gorgeous and also in great condition! My only complaint is when you’re not ordering singles, shipping came close to 20 dollars when I was trying to buy certain supplies, but I can’t blame them for that either.

  He's a nice guy and communication was good. The guy I was talkiing to was very patient and helped me with finding cards I wnated. He didn't find all, but it's ok. They are very cheap compared to ebay so I like that and shipping was fast

  The service was easy. It's not an actual physical store, so don't get fooled about that. Bought online, then got the cards shipped, but picked up my orders in person sometimes. When I did go, a little girl gave me the cards almost every time, which was a bit strange (apparently dude was busy), but cards were cheap, can't complain.

  They're a friendly and cheap online business. Went to their building, picked up my order, and left. Easy enough.
