  Bought an entire appliance package for a new home build. Washer/dryer, stove, dishwasher, fridge and OTR. Stuff was to be delivered and installed. They unpacked the stuff on the gravel driveway (in the high wind) after specifically being asked not to. We even opened the attached garage for them. They got gravel in the base of the stove and fridge. When they brought them into the house set them down on the hardwood and pushed them in place all the loose gravel came out and scratched up the hardwood, badly I might ad. The installers failed to attached the anti-tip clips on the stove so the first time we used the oven and opened the door the stove nearly toppled over. When installing the OTR the installer said he didn’t need to use the template that came with it to mark out the mounting holes in the cabinet. We now have half a dozen random holes in the cabinet. The dishwasher they failed to connect things properly and thus the dishwasher didn’t work. They also didn’t install the cover plate on the bottom of the dishwasher. They scratched the walls heading downstairs with the washer and dryer. The one installer didn’t know he was supposed to connect the dryer ducting, claimed he has never done that before and you don’t have to. We called the store and complained, didn’t get a return call. Called several times more, same thing. Went into the store talked to the manager said he would get back to us, he didn’t. In total we spent close to $15,000, paid for delivery and set up, paid for extra warranty. If could give them no stars, I would have. Will NEVER ever set foot in this store again. Nor do we recommend them.

  friendly and helpful staff but many issues have been happening with new Wolf appliances that are only 7 months old. Just a little disappointing considering Wolf is not a cheap brand. So many constant issues with the microwave which has had to be serviced literally 3 times now since July. Super happy with the Subzero products though!! Awesome dishwashers too!

  Didn't have the appliances in stock that we wanted, would take weeks to get in, purchased a smaller model instead. Had signs about same day delivery - asked about it and it was not an option. They gave us a four hour window for the following afternoon. Paid $89.99 for delivery which did not include any installation for washer/dryer. Hoses do not come standard and are an extra cost, was very surprised by this. Delivery person indicated that sometimes they don't work, just call in and note who did the install and bring the machines back to the store. Not the top of the list to go to again. Friends had similar experiences, should have listened. Changed my rating to 2 stars. The chef had some really good brownies available to snack on while we were shopping.

  We had a problem with our brand new dishwasher which was not solved by the manufacturer. When we approached Trail appliances they replaced our first appliance and made sure the second one work. We truly appreciate their commitment to customer service. Now there are no fights about who's turn it is to do the dishes! Thank you Trail Appliances.

  Probably the best customer service I've ever had before and after my purchase. And with with the selection, and price match guarantee, there's no reason to shop anywhere else. Had absolutely no problem going back after purchase and having a sale price match. Will buy all of my future appliances here.
