::Very helpful staff...they go above and beyond to help. Thank You!

::Really really rude cashier. She almost shouted at me for not checking in my backpack at the counter as if I was supposed to know that already!! Also all the stuff is overpriced. Much better to buy from Amazon. I hope they run out of whatever business they are left with as soon as possible.

::I have only been to two locations but I love this one. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

::Big store as far as it's footprint is concerned. Unfortunately there's not much on the shelves to get excited about. Better, and more interesting toys can be found at some of the cities smaller independent toy stores.

::I see LOTS of reviews on how the staff is unmotivated, unhappy, and not knowledgeable on their job.. I worked here back when I was in high school for literally a week (around 2015). I worked a 8-5 Saturday job, but needed the extra job for Christmas. Upon being hired I was very excited to be working with kids, and I just love to work in general but this was by far the worst experience I had ever had. Training- The training was a 20 minute walk through of the store, and an hour training on the till (I was hired as a cashier). That's it. After that, me and the other cashiers that were hired were thrown onto the floor with no other training. I've had other cashier jobs and they usually give you a few shifts shadowing a more experienced associate until you feel comfortable. Hours-As I said previously, I worked an 8am-5pm Saturday job, which meant I was unavailable for Saturday, and unavailable to stay to late on Friday nights. I was told that even if I was scheduled to close (which would be around 10-10:30pm) I would have to stay an extra hour or so to put away returns. After closing on a Friday night I was told to push in carts, which I would. and then to put away returns. I reminded them I couldn't stay to late due to the fact that I had to work at 8am the next morning. I still had no idea where anything went as I have only been there a few shifts and NOBODY was interested in helping me. I was there until 12:30AM until I finally said enough is enough, my ride was waiting over an hour for me and I had to get home. I was then yelled at in front of other staff and told I knew what I was getting into, despite what I had previously told them. She let me go but was told that I better not let this happen again. Excuse me? I warned management of my availability before even being hired. Safety- Only 1 experience, but on the day I had quit, an overnight manager told me to hang a sign in the front windows above the carts. I asked for help to move the carts so I can get a ladder, not only was I denied help but I was told to STAND ON THE CARTS TO HANG THE POSTER. When I refused to do this the girl huffed and puffed, grabbed the poster, and walked away muttering something under her breath. Sales-In the time I was a cashier, I was made to feel bad if I didn't ask a customer multiple times to sign up for the extended warranties or batteries. I would ask once, and take no for an answer. When I was "showed how its done" the supervisor maybe spent a solid 5 minutes annoying 1 customer to get these extra products or plans. This is just annoying and bad customer service all around. Overall, I felt so belittled, disrespected, and unappreciated in the week I worked here. I don't give up on jobs easily but this was just ridiculous. I seriously hope the management and the training associates are more well behaved. I chose to write this now because I was surfing the web and decided to check the reviews, and they all reminded me of my short time there.
