::High priced with no help in sight. This is like the 3rd time since xmas that i went to get help in the entertainment section... And no ones there... Price check won't work on those items either so u have to go to a check out to wait to get a price check. Looking for new games which was a joke since they dont have anything in stock. Just get a bunch of hippies together and theyd do a better job... And theyd still be better dressed than the staff who consists of bearded bums and overweight women and teenagers... Pay a decent wage and maybe people who can actually do the job might apply. Ordering from walmart atm bc im done with toys r not in stock."

::I like this place a lot. It has so many choices. I always choose to go there when I need to get birthday presents for my kids friends. They have a Babies R Us attached to it. It is accessible with accessible entrance, washrooms and parking spaces. It is always clean and neat. They have a Lego section at the entrance, bikes section, books, crafts and even Claire’s kids makeup, Pokémon’s, games and TY’s.

::Always a decent experience with lots of stock and selection however the fun ends there. They never have more than one cashier working at a time! It's always a 10-15 + minute wait to leave meanwhile there's 1-2 staff picking their noses at the returns counter, staring at dozens of people and their kids screaming to leave. I've complained. The staff are aware its an issue. Nothing's changed. Nobody cares. Needs new management.
