  The customer service i had today was fantastic, the store manager ( i think his name was Arrashk) was going out of his way to help me find the perfect pair of comfortable heels. I am definitely looking forward to going back.

  If your in there avoid this large blonde woman with the British accent, her name is Ruth. If she doesn't bombard you with some cheesy sales tactic or knock you over with her clumsy feet it's probably her day off. This store is cramped and hectic, and all the employees are overworked. Horrible shopping enviorment, and would rather go barefoot that have to buy shoes in that godforsaken store.
