Absolutely horrible branch. Not because of customer service, they are great/outstanding in assisting patrons but the wireless service is just the worst I've seen among branches..after certain spots in Toronto Reference Library. The connection gets cut off, sometimes you can't even connect and when you ask the librarian if there's anything wrong with wireless they say to call some company..I mean, when there's two different devices that can't connect to the network at the same time it's the network that is messing up, and in that case as a librarian you need to be calling your ISP, not individual patrons because there's nothing wrong with their device. It's common sense and you don't need to be technically inclined to get it. I have lost a lot of work due to the horrible connection there. PLEASE GET A RELIABLE ISP...internet is a commodity not the printed books anymore.

One of the most conservative library I ever been to. Worst branch of all in my sincere opinion as a avid library-goer. Rude staff, treating everyone as low-end customers. Often fell dumbfounded at customer with special need. Computer are one of the worst as well. They are eager to kick you out and close early before closing time as well unlike other libraries which give everyone a warning but willing to go at great length to help customers with special needs such as printing and such. This library is one of the worst and most conservative - closed minded towards those with special needs.

I was yelled at because they thought I wasn't checking out the books right. Yes, literally yelled at. In the end they found out I indeed correctly check out each book. Location could be improved if staff showed a little respect for others.

Excellent library. Many books to read. An entire civilisation's worth of learning and knowledge entirely for free. No reason to complain whatsoever.
