  Hi I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone who’s looking for an acceptable and clean place. The only good thing about them is that some of their apartments are located in good areas. However, they say it’s furnished but their furniture is not suitable to human. ALSO, if they tell you that you rent cost is $2,500 and the deposit on their garbage furniture is $500. Then, assume that your rent is $3,000 and take into account that they will try very hard to blame you on leaving the place dirty and they have to clean and so on. Alternatively, if you really have to rent from them, prepare yourself for fighting with them to get part of your money back.

  This is unbelievable! Last week, I visited my best friend over at the 8th floor and I saw something horrible. This building is full of cockroaches, they are everywhere! But, looking at the prices this is just awful to pay about 17 hundred with just nothing included! I WILL NEVER MOVE IN, IN To THIS PLACE!! People Please don't even think of moving in, no matter what!

  If you don't mind small and kind of dirty rooms with broken garbage cans and no way to adjust the temperature which varies from extremely hot to freezing cold and you also don't mind crackheads wandering the streets trying to assault you then this is your kind of place. I also can't forget the way they swear at your kid then lie to you about it...

  Never give any deposit to this bad business, unless you truly don't care ever getting it back... Furnished at the Dollar Store with inexistant customer service. Roaches are free and you get many. You will live in a slum just to save a few bucks compared to the price of a decent hotel. If Google allowed zero stars, this would be my true rating. Avoid at all cost!
