  Had to return a few times to have a repair, repaired, still doesn't line up, was told to leave vehicle in their lot while waiting for a part to come in. During this time I had to use a rental that was costing me money of out of my pocket for insurance coverage and a couple extra days as icbc only covers a few days. I don't recommend leaving your vehicle if it is completely drivable and still safe while waiting 4 days for a cosmetic part to come in. Cost me more than it should have. The day I first booked the appointment and they were made aware of the damages the part should have been ordered to limit the downtime. Not after the vehicle has been parked on their property. Whether they have a lifetime warranty on repairs or not, I shouldn't have to bring the vehicle back 3 times to get them to put the proper repairs in place. So far it's now staying in place.

  The service was fast, friendly and professional. They took care of the ICBC claim and when a complication arose a few days later, they fixed it and, because it was a mistake on their end during the initial repair, did not charge us for it. Overall a very good experience and should any of our vehicles need any body work done I will take the vehicle to Top Gun Collision without hesitation.
