  A young fellow Cory was out to paint the rather large older metal fence at the back of our condo building downtown here at 770 Cormorant St,. I found him to be very hard working, easy to talk to, polite, conscientious fellow. He went above and beyond in doing the job right for us .

  I'm a strata property manager and I've employed Top Coat Painting for 2 fairly large jobs at separate strata complexes. Their work was excellent and they completed the job on time. The owners said the workers were polite and respectful. There have been no issue with the work since it was completed over a year ago.
