  Very incompetent and a bit racist. The lady who serviced me was asking for my work permit or residency card when she was already holding my Canadian passport. FYI, I grew up in another Canadian province, why do I need a work permit or resident card??? Canadians last name aren't only WHITE PEOPLE's LAST NAME! OK!! She doesn't know what she was doing, clearly she needs more orientation.

  Great location in downtown! Staff was quick and efficient.
