  Went prom dress shopping with my daughter found a great dress!!! Very receptive to customer service I can’t say enough good things!! They deserve 10 stars because 5 stars does not do this place justice!!! Lola and Margaret so nice and didn’t rush us was the best experience I have ever had shopping with my picky 17 year old so thank you guys very much for making it painless for me!!! Rest assure I will be recommending this place to everyone out there looking for a dress for that special occasion...

  I went to Timeless Bridal Boutique after being horribly disappointed at a handful of shops in Calgary. I only had a 3 month engagement so the budget was tight & time was of the essence. I travelled to Fort Mac to visit family in April. When my Mom and I walked in off the street Lola was busy with clients and still ready and happy to help. The service while I tried on a handful of dresses was great. She really listened to what I wanted in a dress (budget included) and didn't pressure me into anything I wasn't into. To our surprise we found a dress off the rack, in my budget with everything I had hoped for. We said yes to the dress and a beautiful gold belt to help me sparkle on my big day. Their customer service is over the top their boutique is beautiful and they took my poor dress shopping expirence I had in my own city and allowed me and my Mom to share a very special once in a lifetime moment together. Thank you from my heart.
