  Terrible service and always a long lineup. The self serve Timmies in UCU is better if you're just looking for grab and go coffee.

  Ordered a small hot chocolate a few days ago; what I received was just totally-tasteless hot water with a dark color! Over the past two years that I've been working at UO, most of my experiences at this Timmy have been terribly frustrating and seems like no one cares! Many complaints and still no improvement.

  I don't often complain but the food and service here was absolutely terrible. On top of it all I was the only person there so the job should have been pretty straight forward. I ordered a bacon breakfast sandwich on a croissant with Chipotle sauce. The lady behind the cash punched in sausage. I confirmed with her that I wanted bacon and she reassured me that I would receive a bacon one and that there is no bacon button, only sausage. I brought it back and showed her and she just said uhhhhh and said she'd make a new one. Great! Thank you!..... Nope.... they made it in under 1 minute which I thought was great..... nope. It was cold, one half slice of bacon off to the corner and only a few drops of the sauce. How can a minimum wage increase to $15/hour be justified when such incompetent people can't make a simple sandwich. It baffles me. Rant over.

  Terrible service. Could not be any slower, the staff is incompetent, especially on the weekends. Great place to go to waste your time, you will wait forever and then they will still get your order wrong. Go to any other Tim Hortons if you can.

  Horrible experience. They took 15 minutes to prepare a single sandwich. This is definitely the last time that I will visit their Tim Hortons. I’ve always seen such a long line in this place. This is not the first time I have waited a long time for an order. If they’re so slow, maybe they should hire more staff. The only good aspect is that their staff is nice. Other than that, I’d rather visit a local Starbucks.
