  Convenient access from highway. Disappointed that it is no longer 24 hours. Open only 4am to midnight, yet people go to the door all night wanting in.

  I guess it's true that Tim's is on a decline. This site is located in a busy area so you would expect at 4 star experience at least. I'm not sure if there are communication, technology or training issues but this site is a 'hit-and-miss' in service. Orders are wrong and sometimes do not tasye right. We only go here as a last resort. On a side note, see picture, it's drive thru design is a bit strange. Pedestrians and drivers need decent common sense to maneuver through it effectively - so you can imagine how precarious it can get when slightly busy. Not a place we would regularly visit.

  Anytime I am desperate enough to come to this location I immediately regret it. Communication skills wth the staff are minimal, the coffee tastes like dirt and I don’t know if I’ve ever received one correct order from these people. It’s brutal every time I go there. Waste of my time and money and patience . Hire some new people , even the managers are lost .

  The service at this location has gotten so bad. People constantly talking through the ordering system, terrible coffee, ignorant staff, worst location in Milton by a landslide if you can go to any other Tims do it.
