  Absolutely terrible location. There are two Tim’s at the Atrium, this review is regarding the smaller Timmies in the food court near the bank. They’ve messed up orders numerous times. The entire staff are all distracted talking amongst each other in their mother tongue language which is rude to do; speaking/laughing in a different language in front of customers. This location also does not fill-up the coffees properly; they leave a massive gap from the top. Rude and cheap...goto another Timmies!

  I think Timhortons should stop this show TOO many times I’ve seen my ROLL UP THE RIM already checked by atrium on bay owner/staff.... THANKS FOR THE HYGEN TIMS TEAM

  One star off for separate lines that ensure you get served after someone else who came later, one star off for the Timmies app not working, one star off for not double-cupping my black coffee. One star off for putting the lid opening on a seam.

  Quick and courteous service. It's typical Tim Hortons food and coffee! This location has the new espresso and latte machine, and it's a huge step up from the previous Tim Hortons lattes The only downside: the lineups are quite confusing at this location when busy.
