  Why is the Express lane always twice as long as the regular line. And someone should stop that lady up front from ordering food in Express lane

  Waiting for breakfast sandwich. Breakfast sandwich is out on counter, another person takes it. I ask if another one is on the way. They dont understand the question. I ask again and add no problem I can wait.. 4 employees start yelling at me and toss me a breakfast sandwich. 1. Communication skills -50% 2. Breakfast sandwich tasted like sweat -50% =Fail. Go somewhere else.
